NOSE: very reserved; mineral; hint of strawberry or some kind of berry; smells a bit like a tart Saison; very slight hint of acetone/mineral spirits.
BODY: pink-tinged amber color of medium-light to medium depth; medium-light bodied.
TASTE: tannic; gentle fruit presence set against a confident mineral wash; gentle barrel influence on the finish; medium+ acidity; geeky galore here; I really like this — it’s versatile and interesting; reminds me a little bit of a Fino. Will buy again.
