TN: 2012 Domaine Henri Clerc & Fils Puligny-Montrachet

Cork was 90% soaked through nearly to the top. But color and nose were solid.
Lovely, fresh P-M. Notes of melon, bay, and oak spice with good energy. Round and rich on the palate but with mouthwatering acidity. Finishes with citrus peel and nice minerality. Great for the < $30 price.

I’d say this will age delightfully for the next 5+ years with its structure and complexity but given the cork I’m not sure if it would have been a premox victim. (91 pts.)
