Tell me about this Vin de Pays I just drank and loved..

…the Internet was no help. It might be Grenache Noir or Cinsault.

Edited: Ok photo blurry (original not blurry).

Who’s the importer?

Seems to be Grenache

Domaine L´Aigueliere is north of Montpellier at Montpeyroux.
The Grenat is almost 100% Grenache … and the basic wine, or one of the simpler wines.
Top wines are Syrah: Cote Dorée and Cote Rousse

This is not just any Vin de Pays. The plus is this is a good year.
This is really good stuff.
Has been for a long time.
FWIW.

If you like this one, check out my favorite from the area. Domaine d’Aupilhac.
You won’t be disappointed. I used to collect these wines and loved them.
Still love them. I am just hung up on Burgundy.

Here is a list of producers. High level winemaking considering the tariff.

Were you smokin’ when you took the picture? [snort.gif] Sorry, I’ve never heard of it before either.

Thank you everyone! Really pure and unusual wine.
