2012 Tercero Mourvedre - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County (3/26/2017)
Juicy, but also has a lingering depth of herbal, menthol and earth aromas/flavors. There’s freshness to the wine from the acidity, and it has some back end tannins, so mid-term cellaring is likely possible. This is solid stuff that has the potential to develop well over the next several years.
