  • 2007 Domaine Armand Rousseau Père et Fils Charmes-Chambertin - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru (3/24/2017)
    This has put on weight over the last year or two and is drinking nicely. It has some raspberry, root vegetable, aniseed, meat, ginger and sweet earth. The palate is silky with moderate depth. There’s a tarry/ meaty thing playing behind the fresh sweet fruits and length is moderate.

It has definitely improved and I’d give it at least another year or two Jon.
