NV Osborne Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Capuchino 30 Year Old Palo Cortado VORS - Spain, Andalucía, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (1/15/2017)
Intense and complex, with way more aromas and flavors than i can list. Salted caramel, coffee, nuts, butter, spice, etc., etc., etc…
Fascinating stuff. Not much else to say.

David - what type of sherry was it: Sherry - Wikipedia
? He says Palo Cortado right in the title.
Thanks for the note, I haven’t tasted much Osborne.
First Osborne Sherry I have ever had.
I am beginning to appreciate sherry after all these years. There was a sherry tasting downtown this evening and I really enjoyed the Lustau Almacenista Pata de Gallina Dry Oloroso. To end of the evening we sampled 2 very rich PX.
Caught a cab home.
