I like Booker and purchase at retail once in a while…but feel like the cost has crept up.
If it’s Saxum VS. Booker at a similar price point…I have to go with the former.

Little less than Saxum but getting pretty damn close. 2012 is the last vintage I tried. Maybe I’ll snag a newer release at retail to check in.

Oublie was the most interesting thing I tasted at Booker when I was last there about six years ago. Would be interested to know if that wine is still made in a somewhat balanced style with the big slug of Counoise.
My favorite too. Not positive on counoise but I believe so. Most of the wines are fairly balanced between acid and tannins and alcohol but tend to be on the bigger side.
There is a chance of a special offering beyond what I said before. Will know Monday.
