2000 Philipponnat Champagne Cuvée 1522 - France, Champagne (7/30/2016)
Still quite fresh but ready. Complex nose of red fruits, biscuits, tart tatin and white mushroom. It is full and creamy in the mouth with good depth and very fine bead. It has good authority and the finish is dry and very long.
