And thank goodness for global warming and this white as I just might recover from this weekend after all. 2013 Collestefano is inexpensive and real wine, just lovely.
I am with you Glenn!! Lot colder up here but what the heck.
We go through a ton of Collestefano Verdicchio. The rosato isn’t too shabby either.
I don’t know if I have consumed as much of this as Jeff (he is a big drinker), but I do like it quite a bit
Breezed through nearly a case in the last few years - I think it’s the only bottling I’ve drunk more than 3 of in that time frame. No surprise: from CT notes I may as well be drinking from Bob’s and Jeff’s cellars, there’s so much overlap.
The rosato is FANTASTIC. Sparkler non-shabby.

Fabio, his family, and wines are hard not to love.
Awesome folks.
FYI, Collestefano '15 offering is up in Commerce Corner…
Best vintage of his since '12, imho.
I just opened a 3 liter of the '12 i bought from Robert for an office party. A phenomenal wine without even factoring the tremendous Q/P. I really loved the Spumante too.
I was eyeing up one of those 3L but wondering if/when I would be able to go through one. I Just ordered a case of the 15 from Rob. That’s the easiest purchasing decision I’ll make this year.
