    Medium golden straw with lemon nose. Off dry, mineral with a touch of rs. A little more sweetness on night one, but receedes into the background on day two with the fruit, ripe peaches, coming to the fore. Bold body for a white, a strong mineral element lends balance to a white that kicks butt. (91 pts.)

I think the CT notes about apple cider resonate with me. I bought some of this during one of their big sales but honestly haven’t been that thrilled. I think the “Composer” is supposed to be the drier riesling. I’m going to give my remaining 3 a bit more time. Thanks for checking in on them!
