  • 2000 Georges Dubœuf Moulin-à-Vent Domaine de la Tour du Bief - France, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Moulin-à-Vent (2/28/2015)
    Brick red in color. No real nose to speak of. The palate is showing strawberries and tart cherries, with the tannins and acid still evident. Still very drinkable but ready to ride off into the sunset. Still, a fun experience in aged Beaujolais. (88 pts.)
