2013 Soliste Soleil Rose de Pinot Noir
BBer Jim Steiker generously sent me home with this bottle on Saturday night. Extroverted lightly fruit driven pinosity. Balanced acidity. An enjoyable AFWE-ish quaffing Pinot Rose without a trace of bubble gum or sundry genre-specific annoyances. New world in the best sense of the term. 13.1% abv and no noticeable heat. IPOB winery. Fine effort and I’ll gladly try more of their offerings.
