Spaghetti alla Crudaiola

Ingredients

300-400g Spaghetti

300-400g Datterini tomatoes

bunch basil

1 clove garlic

mozarella di buffalo

olive oil

 

Preparation

1.Halve the tomatoes and put in a bowl

 

2.  Add halved clove of garlic

 

3.  Also add chopped basil

 

4. Then add salt&pepper and olive oil. Put clingfilm on top and put in fridge for several hours.

 

5. Cook pasta. Remove garlic from the crudaiola. Put cooked pasta to a plate and add crudaiola to the pasta.  Finally crumble mozarella on top. Optional add aditional olive oil. ENJOY
