Tropical Fruit Crumble

Ingredients

1/2 pineapple peeled&chopped

1 mango peeled&chopped

100g flour

70g butter

50g sugar

70g coconut flakes

1/2 glass  sweet white wine (like Sauternes, Riesling Auslese&Ice Wine etc.)

1-2 tbsp sugar for caramelizing

vanilla or walnut ice-cream

 

Preparation

1.Combine flour, sugar and coconut flakes

 

2. Add melted butter

 

3. Make crumbles with your fingers

 

4. Let 2 tbsp sugar caramalize in a pan

 

5.  Add chopped tropical fruits and cook for 2-3min.

 

6.  Add sweet wine and reduce it for 3-4min. on high heat

 

7. Put the fruits in an oven-proven form.

 

8. Add crumbles on top

 

9. Put in the pre-heated oven 200C/400F for 30min

 

10.  Serve with ice-cream
