Ingredients

500g Sauerkraut

6 juniper berries (lightly crushed)

1 bay leave

2-3 glasses white wine (Mosel Kabinett)

150g white grapes (without core)

1 shallot chopped

 

Preparation

1.Sauté softly shallot in butter

2.  Add the sauerkraut and combine

3. Then add juniper berries, bay leave, salt&pepper and white wine

4. Add a lidd and cook on low heat for 25-30min.

5. Finally add grapes 2-3min. before serving.  Serve with pheasant breast or partridge or guinea fowl. ENJOY
