Ingredients

200g couscous/bulgur

250ml hot chicken broth

100g pistachios

3 spring onions trimmed

1/2 – 1 tsp Ras-el-Hanout

1-3 tbsp olive oil

 

Prepration

1.Chopp the green of the spring onion in slices

2. Chopp the white part of the spring onion

3. Sauté the white shortly&softly  in oliveoil

4. Put 50g pistachios in a food prozessor and mix.

5. It must be like flour

6. Other 50g pistachios chopp roughly

7. Put couscous to a bowl

8.  Add white& green  part of spring onions to the couscous

9. Add pistachios

10. Add Ras-el-Hanout

11. Then add chicken broth and let it swell for 20-30min.

12. After 20-30min. stir it several times and add additional 1-3 tbsp olive oil. Serve it as a side-dish to fish, poultry and meat. ENJOY
